Class intensity
Your starting level: Gentle. We adjust each class from there.
02Movement screen
The 45-minute session is a fitness screening, not a medical examination or a diagnosis. You move through three simple patterns while we watch and take notes, so your starting level comes from a measurement rather than a guess.
Nothing here is a pass or a fail. Each checkpoint has an adjustment attached, and you take the notes home. See how the three sessions run.
What we measure: how far the arms travel overhead before the lower ribs lift away from the wall.
Why it counts: it shows whether shoulder range or rib position sets your limit, which decides how we set up your first standing shape.
What we measure: whether the heels stay down and the knees track over the middle toes as you stand without pushing off with your hands.
Why it counts: it sets your seat height and tells us if a block belongs under your heels for balance work.
What we measure: how much the hip drops and how far the standing foot rolls inward while you balance.
Why it counts: it picks the side that gets the extra cue and how much wall support you use in Level 1 Gentle.
03 / Intro program
You do not buy a package first. We screen how you move, teach the basics, then review your technique and hand you a plan on paper.
A 45-minute fitness screening, not a medical examination or diagnosis. We watch how you stand, hinge and breathe, and note where your body needs support.
Small-group yoga and pilates basics: breath, spine position and the four shapes beginners meet most often. Beginner groups are capped at eight people.
We re-check the same movements from session one, correct what drifted, and agree how often you should practise each week.
The whole program costs 2,400 UAH. A single drop-in class is 650 UAH.

All three levels run inside the same hour. Name yours at the start and change it mid-class if your body asks for it. The instructor adjusts the work rather than pushing through it.
Restore and release tension
Slow, breathing-led shapes with support under the hips and knees. Nothing held long enough to strain.
Blocks and a bolster, a chair option for standing work, holds trimmed to three breaths.
Build strength and balance
Standing sequences at an even pace, with clear transitions and time to find your footing.
Wall support on balance work, lighter props, two extra breaths between sides.
More load, more control
Longer holds and flowing pilates sets that ask for control before range.
Fewer props, a faster tempo, extra repetitions only when technique stays clean.
Unsure where you land? The 45-minute movement assessment sets your starting level, then the intro program builds from it. Beginner groups stay capped at eight people.
06 / Credibility
Lead instructor Olena Kovalenko has taught entry-level movement for nine years in Kyiv Podil, with mat and apparatus training in both Pilates and hatha yoga. She writes the assessment protocol every new student goes through.
“I came in worried my lower back would not cooperate. The assessment found the two movements I should avoid, and the gentle level got me through my first month without a flare up.”
“Nobody pushed me into the steady class. I moved up when it felt right, and the cues finally made sense of what my hips were doing.”
05 / Studio note
The room sits on Nyzhniy Val Street, a short walk from Kontraktova Square. Beginner groups are capped at eight people, so there is space to breathe and a teacher close enough to correct a shoulder without raising her voice.

05 / Booking
Tell us where you are starting from and we will hold a place in the next beginner group of eight. The first step is a 45-minute screening with a coach, followed by foundations and a technique review with your own plan card.
The assessment is a fitness screening, not a medical examination or diagnosis. Please read the fitness disclaimer before your first visit.
