Bookings and introductory offer

Bookings are confirmed only when we confirm them. The introductory offer is for new clients once and cannot be combined with other promotions. Price, duration, class time and availability are shown in the schedule before payment and may change before confirmation.

Class intensity and beginners

Classes are Gentle, Moderate or Dynamic. Beginner classes are Gentle: breathing, basic alignment and controlled movement; no prior experience needed. Moderate assumes basic familiarity. Dynamic is more demanding and not for complete beginners. Tell your instructor about injuries or limitations.

Cancellation and acceptable use

Cancel free up to 12 hours before start. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged or lose the session, where law allows. Refund and complaint details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 applies. Follow safety instructions, respect others and do not record participants without consent; we may refuse or end a session for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

Non-essential cookies and tracking need prior informed consent under our Privacy and Cookie Notice; consent can be withdrawn at any time. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010 and “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020.
