This disclaimer covers the yoga, pilates and movement-assessment services provided by artgallergy.com (LLC) through artgallergy.com.
1. Fitness and wellness only
All classes, cues and one-to-one sessions are general fitness and wellness education. They are not healthcare, physiotherapy, diagnostics or rehabilitation, and they create no practitioner–patient relationship.
2. No medical advice or treatment
Nothing on this site or in our classes is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. We do not treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we make no therapeutic or guaranteed-outcome claims, in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
3. Assessment is not a medical exam
Intake forms, range-of-motion screens and posture checks are fitness screening for exercise programming only. They do not replace examination by a licensed physician and cannot detect or exclude medical conditions.
4. Consult your physician
Speak to a physician before starting, especially if you are pregnant or postnatal, recovering from injury or surgery, have a cardiovascular, joint, bone, neurological or metabolic condition, or take medication that affects balance or blood pressure.
5. Stop if symptoms occur
Stop at once and seek medical help for pain, chest pressure, dizziness, faintness, severe breathlessness or numbness, and tell your instructor before returning.
6. Results vary
Progress depends on health status, consistency and prior experience. No specific body change, result or performance level is promised or guaranteed.
