2. Data we collect
Name, email, phone and city; bookings and attendance; mobility, posture and injury notes you choose to share so instructors can adapt sessions; payment metadata, while card data stays with the payment provider; IP address, device data and consent choices.
3. Purposes and consent
We process data to perform your contract, meet accounting duties and, with your explicit, recorded and withdrawable consent, to use assessment notes and non-essential cookies. Assessment data is optional and not required to book a standard class.
4. Retention and security
We collect only what each purpose needs. Booking records are kept for the contract and statutory accounting period; assessment notes are deleted within 12 months of your last session. Access is limited to authorised staff and instructors, and data is encrypted in transit.
5. Sharing
We share data only with hosting, payment, CRM and email providers acting on our instructions, instructors delivering your class, and authorities where required. We never sell personal data.
6. Cookies
Non-essential cookies are set only after prior informed consent under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020. Withdraw consent through the cookie settings in the footer.
7. Your rights
Request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent at contact@artgallergy.com; we reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
8. Changes
Updates appear here and significant changes are emailed. This notice supports the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.
