The studio sits on Nyzhniy Val in Podil, a five-minute walk from Kontraktova Square. Write or call and a coach answers, not a call centre.

03 / Visit
Our beginner studio sits on the second floor of an old Podil building at Office 4, 18 Nyzhniy Val Street. Walk through the courtyard arch, take the stairs one level up, and the studio door is on the left.
From Kontraktova Ploshcha metro it is a seven minute walk down Nyzhniy Val. Trams and buses stop on the same street, and street parking is metered until 20:00.
Come 10 minutes before your first session so you can change, meet your instructor, and settle in. Beginner groups are capped at eight people, and we cannot admit anyone more than 10 minutes late.
Comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided, so you only need socks if you prefer wearing them.
